Core Fitness and Pilates Studio
After experiencing her own life change thru Pilates, Melissa Dills opened Core Fitness in August 2006. She is certified in traditional Pilates by Pacific Movement Center and SPX Proformer technique by fitness celebrity Sebastien Lagree.
Joined Core Fitness in 2010 after receiving her accreditations from BBU. In 2011 she became certified in TRX suspension training and is still continuing her education in the fitness world.
Andrea received her certification for traditional pilates in 2006 from Pacific Movement Center in Santa Cruz. In 2009 she traveled to Los Angeles for an accelerated certification course in the pilates based method, SPX, taught by fitness celebrity Sebastian Lagree. She recently became a certified instructor of TRX suspension training and is enjoying teaching classes that combine her education. All of these methods focus on building strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Her goal is to constantly challenge her client’s strength and stamina.
She lives in Scotts Valley with her husband and two sons Hudson and Holden.
